Accessibility Feedback:

Connelly Communications is committed to improving accessibility for everyone, especially for individuals with accessibility needs. We welcome feedback to help create an accessibility plan related to the Accessible Canada Act.

The President of our company is responsible for receiving accessibility feedback. You can send feedback by email, phone or mail. If you want to leave feedback anonymously, you can only provide it by phone or mail. We treat all feedback anonymously for the purpose of creating an accessibility plan.

How we respond to feedback:

Your feedback is important to us. We will acknowledge the receipt of all accessibility feedback.

How feedback will be used:

Your feedback will only be shared with our employees directly involved in furthering our accessibility efforts. We ensure your feedback will remain confidential and will be considered in our efforts to continuously improve accessibility. Your feedback and any actions taken will be tracked, and reported in our annual progress reports, published in the years between accessibility plans. We will retain all feedback for a period of at least 7 years.
