The Selection Process

Nominations for the 2011 CJKL FM Citizen of the Year Award are open to the public between December 1, 2011 and January 6, 2012. Send detailed information on your candidate to the CJKL Citizen of the Year Award, P.O. Box 430, Kirkland Lake, P2N 3J4, fax it to 567-6101, drop it off at 5 Kirkland Street or email it to: cjklcitizenoftheyear@hotmail.com. A committee of local volunteers from the community selects the annual winner.

The 2011 CJKL FM Citizen of the Year award and the CJKL FM Lifetime Achievement award will be presented at the Kirkland Lake & District Chamber of Commerce's annual dinner. The CJKL FM Citizen of the Year and the CJKL FM Lifetime Achievement awards are endorsed by the Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake.
